The locality offers excellent accessibility by both the public transport and by car. It takes one minute from Petynka to reach the entrance to the Blanka Tunnel from the Patočkova Street. In 18 minutes by car you can get to the airport, and from there to the whole world.

Agreement on Reservation and Preliminary Purchase Agreement

Within three working days after signing the Preliminary Purchase Agreement you are required to pay a 10 % deposit of the purchase price. Within 3 months, another deposit of 10 % of the purchase price will follow.

Purchase Agreement

You shall pay the remaining 80 % of the purchase price upon the signature of the Purchase Agreement either based on a loan or using your own financial means.

Handover of the unit

The unit is expected to be handed over in 3Q 2023 at the latest.
